AFTER TAKING UP BALLET, HULA DANCE, swimming, and gymnastics at age 5, Tiffany added praying mantis and double-knife form Kung Fu practice with her uncle, Master Howard Lee. At age 8, she started figure skating and by age 11 she had won three gold medals in regional skating competitions. At the suggestion of her mom and coach, she began Tai Chi Chuan training with her father, Grandmaster William C.C. Chen. She entered her first Tui Shou (Push Hands) competition at age 16.

Tiffany now has over 40 gold medals for Yang Style Tai Chi, Fixed-Step, Restricted-Step, and Moving-Step Tui Shou. More than half are international or world titles. In recognition of her achievements and competitive spirit, Inside Kung-Fu magazine named Tiffany to its 2004 Hall of Fame as Competitor of the Year.

Tiffany began competing in Women's Lei Tai San Shou (Chinese kickboxing on a raised platform) in 2003. She won her first world championship in the event that same year at the World Kuoshu Federation Championships in Sao Paolo, Brazil. She also won the tournament trophy for Best Lei Tai Performance by a Female Athlete.

Tiffany has been a teaching assistant to Grandmaster Chen since 1996 and started teaching her own classes in 1999. In addition to individual instruction, she does group training for companies and their employees. In December 2004, Tiffany was certified as an international judge/referee by the International Tai Chi Chuan Federation in Taipei, Taiwan.
