This DVD set is really for beginners only. There is too much explanation of each set before it begins, it takes too long to go from set to set, and although I appreciated the low-impact, it's just too boring for someone who's already in shape, but has just turned 50. The patter between the two women is silly and distracting also.

I'm in my 50's and bought this in my 40's. The set is an overall solid workout. The strength tape and flexibility DVDs are challenging but won't make you sweat. The flexibility DVD has a very brief intro to yoga, but I wish they'd done a whole-length DVD on this because it's so short it's really not even worth putting in the DVD unless you've never seen any DVD whatsoever on yoga. I gave away

I use the flexibility and pilates after I walk 2 or 3 miles. I helps me cool down, stretches muscles, and helps relieve back pain.Cyndy Joseph is boring and does not add value to the DVDs. Robyn is very knowledgeable and gives easy to follow instructions most of the time.

I am a walker who sometimes needs an alternative for a cardio workout, as well as the addition of strength training and stretching. Robin continually gives us alternatives for increasing our challenge, as well as for exercising safely. I also like the motivational talks. I'm not looking for mindless chatter, so for me, the video is perfect. I enjoy both Robin and Cindy.

I can do anything when listening to great music. Your choice of 'Muzak' disappoints me. Wish I could just watch while listening to my own music. I feel like I am going to an exercise class in a senior center. I like the choice of movements and exercises but the music is very disappointing.

Ms. Joseph was a poor choice for these videos. She has no sense of rhythm, and it is painful watching her flail around trying to keep up with Robin. The routine is boring and too easy to attain or maintain fitness.

Apparently I'm in better shape than I thought because I didn't feel like I worked out at all. I am still working outside of the home and when I exercise I want it to be worth my time. There is a lot of wasted time on this DVD. Maybe the producers could separate the exercises from the talking -- put them in different segments or something.
