Very good for all three trimesters. Relaxing and challenging, also modifications if needed. very good if no prenatal yoga class in area or just want private in home practice. Love this use it 2x wkly since 1st trimester.

I had bought other pregnancy yoga DVDs, but this one is my favorite. It is not too strenuous, but you still get a bit of a workout. I do it for for relaxation and it helps with my hip and back pain. The breathing techniques will also be good for labor and delivery. I LOVE this video. If you are new to yoga this is a good video to start with.

I use this product everyday. I have never done yoga prior to becoming pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. It helps me to relax and be calm while helping me stretch and work the important muscles, including some special ones that will help me when I go into labor! I highly recommend this DVD and the people who work for acacia are fantastic! Very kind and helpful!
