Keeping Fit Strength, Cardio, Pilates

I am 65 and do some combination of step aerobics at home, aerobics classes, and walking 3 mi. at least 5 times a week. I needed something to keep me fit when at our vacation home in the mountains during the winter. This program has it all. I alternate the DVDs and really get a good workout.
I'd been looking for a workout tailored to women over 45, and this is it. It has steps and moves that I used to do when I consistently took aerobic classes in my 20's and 30's, but I no longer want that 'cheerleader' type of instruction. It is a great work out. It moves quick and is challenging. I use this a couple times a week. Have really seen results. Love the pilates.
I hated this instructor at first, and especially the Pilates part. BUT after doing the discs for a few months and really paying attention to her...and catching on to Pilates, I love most of this. Some parts are too basic for me, but add weights or more reps and it's good. I have never done the aerobic disc because I am a 66 year old marathon runner and do the strength and/or Pilates after my runni
I can make these work outs as hard or easy as I feel. I don't have to rattle the pictures on the walls doing a bunch of jumping LOL- I feel sure I will get good results if I keep with the routine
This is a great way to exercise without having to go out in the cold, rainy weather and is like learning a dance. The more you exercise to this DVD the better you get.
Targets all my 'problem' areas without putting too much stress on my joints.
I haven't worked my way through all 3 DVD's yet, but everything I've done so far is challenging but doable. I'm using this to add variety to my established routine that I already do 4 days a week.
