By Lisa from Lockport, IL on 8/7/2012

My exercise dvd's came faster than I expected and it was a happy surprise. Was very excited to start working out to my Andrea Metcalf workout video. She makes exercise easy to follow, fun and I still work up a good sweat. Thank You. :

Just what I was looking for.
By wonder woman from Jackson Hole, W on 1/17/2013

I am 65 and do some combination of step aerobics at home, aerobics classes, and walking 3 mi. at least 5 times a week. I needed something to keep me fit when at our vacation home in the mountains during the winter. This program has it all. I alternate the DVDs and really get a good workout.

Just what I was looking for
By None from Nevada on 8/11/2013

I'd been looking for a workout tailored to women over 45, and this is it. It has steps and moves that I used to do when I consistently took aerobic classes in my 20's and 30's, but I no longer want that 'cheerleader' type of instruction. This is just what I need to get me motivated, and the fact that the set also includes a DVD for strength training AND an additional one for Pilates is more tha

Grown on me
By Older marathone from Richland, Orego on 1/11/2012

I hated this instructor at first, and especially the Pilates part. BUT after doing the discs for a few months and really paying attention to her...and catching on to Pilates, I love most of this. Some parts are too basic for me, but add weights or more reps and it's good. I have never done the aerobic disc because I am a 66 year old marathon runner and do the strength and/or Pilates after my runni

Inspired to exercise
By Judy H from NW, Indiana on 5/24/2013

I can make these work outs as hard or easy as I feel. I don't have to rattle the pictures on the walls doing a bunch of jumping LOL- I feel sure I will get good results if I keep with the routine

A great way to get your daily exercise
By busy grandmothe from Seattle WA on 11/7/2013

This is a great way to exercise without having to go out in the cold, rainy weather and is like learning a dance. The more you exercise to this DVD the better you get.

Excellent exercise videos

Targets all my 'problem' areas without putting too much stress on my joints.

Very Good All Inclusive Workout
By Teri the Teache from The Villages, F on 7/10/2014

I haven't worked my way through all 3 DVD's yet, but everything I've done so far is challenging but doable. I'm using this to add variety to my established routine that I already do 4 days a week. The DVD's are getting me out of my rut of same routine over and over again. Love Andrea's upbeat unpretentious demeanor. Great way to get in your 150 minutes a week of cardio work because all three of
