My exercise dvd's came faster than I expected and it was a happy surprise. Was very excited to start working out to my Andrea Metcalf workout video. She makes exercise easy to follow, fun and I still work up a good sweat. Thank You. :

I am 65 and do some combination of step aerobics at home, aerobics classes, and walking 3 mi. at least 5 times a week. I needed something to keep me fit when at our vacation home in the mountains during the winter. This program has it all. I alternate the DVDs and really get a good workout.

I hated this instructor at first, and especially the Pilates part. BUT after doing the discs for a few months and really paying attention to her...and catching on to Pilates, I love most of this. Some parts are too basic for me, but add weights or more reps and it's good.
